Identity verification may be required before processing a request. There is no charge for exercising these rights under normal circumstances.
786gem's Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. 786gem does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals below this age threshold.
If 786gem becomes aware that Personal Data has been submitted by an individual who does not meet the minimum age requirement, that Account will be immediately suspended and all associated data will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable, subject only to any mandatory retention obligations arising from the circumstances of detection.
