These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 786gem and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction — to register and use 786gem. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful are not permitted to access this platform.
Each user may hold only one active account on 786gem. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balances.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rules and expiry periods. Using bonus funds does not entitle a user to unconditional withdrawal of winnings.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Users must submit valid documentation — including CNIC or passport — before funds can be released. Payment method ownership may also require verification.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, account sharing, exploitation of system errors and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. 786gem reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts and recover misappropriated funds.
786gem does not hold a Pakistani government license or endorsement. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this platform complies with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 786gem ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 786gem website located at https://786gem.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and any promotional offers made available through the Platform.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them throughout this Agreement:
A registered user profile created by an individual on the Platform enabling access to services including wagering, deposits and withdrawals.
Credits, free bets or promotional balances awarded by 786gem under any promotional offer, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds or upon request by the Platform's compliance team.
The number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered in qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets.
Funds deposited by the User from their own resources, distinct from Bonus Funds. Real Money Balance is used first in gameplay unless the Platform's rules specify otherwise.
Any territory in which access to and use of online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where 786gem does not accept registrations.
The 786gem website (https://786gem.cam), including all sub-pages, tools, games, betting markets, promotional mechanisms and support functions accessible through the domain.
A reversal of a payment transaction initiated by a User through their bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the Platform.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 786gem, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
⛔ Age Verification: 786gem strictly enforces its adults-only policy. Users who misrepresent their age to gain access will have their Accounts terminated, all winnings forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Each User may hold only one Account on 786gem. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, device fingerprints or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and must notify 786gem immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that 786gem does not guarantee any outcome, return or profit from any wager placed through the Platform.
The Platform and all its content — including odds data, game interfaces, marketing materials and support tools — are provided "as is". While 786gem makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults, particularly in relation to live sports events or network-dependent streaming services.
786gem accepts deposits through payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment method names referenced on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Their inclusion does not constitute a guarantee of availability, a confirmed integration or an endorsement from those providers.
Users may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are not available in respect of Bonus Funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirement.
786gem may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that supplement this Agreement. Users must read the full terms of any offer — including wagering requirements, expiry dates and game restrictions — before opting in.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on 786gem. Specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules may be set out in supplementary rule documents accessible on the Platform.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on 786gem. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of misappropriated funds and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786gem, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:
Nothing in these Terms limits 786gem's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
786gem reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 786gem will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Users may close their Account at any time by contacting 786gem support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus rollover obligation) will be returned to the User via the original payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
786gem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786gem is incorporated and licensed to operate. 786gem does not represent that it holds a license issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority, and these Terms should not be construed as a submission to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, Users are encouraged to contact 786gem support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction specified in the operator's license documentation.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
